Children of the Night is a neoclassical ballet created by the brilliant choreographer and director Oleksandr Abdukarimov.
A story about two hearts in love with each other, going through trials of feelings. But will they be able to find and feel their soul mate? Will they be able to resist the temptation? You will find the answer at the end of this romantic and mystical play.
The ballet is based on the ancient Greek legend about Androgynes, mythical creatures who once had two pairs of arms and legs, two faces on one head, but for disobedience, Zeus punished them and divided them into two parts – male and female. Since then, each of the particles is forced to look for its mate.
